Privacy and use
No name, account or email required. Birth details remain in page memory and are removed on clear or reload. They are not stored or added to URLs. Only language preference is saved locally. The site is funded by ads: pages load Adsterra ads in an isolated frame, and Adsterra and its partners may receive your IP and browser information and use cookies for ad delivery and measurement (privacy policy: https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy/). The ad frame cannot read this page, and we never provide birth details or charts to advertisers. Pages also load an Adsterra popunder (clicking the page may open an ad tab in the background, frequency-capped per visitor) and a Social Bar (a corner overlay). These two scripts run on the page itself: we do not deliberately provide birth details or charts to advertisers, but we cannot prevent a third-party script from reading the page; use your browser's ad blocking if this concerns you. Each move to another page is a full page load. Visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland must agree before ads load. No analytics or external AI requests are enabled. You can refuse ads with your browser's ad or cookie blocking; the tools keep working.
About this tool
Traditionally colors map to the five elements: green and teal are Wood; red, orange, purple and pink are Fire; yellow, brown and beige are Earth; white, gold and silver are Metal; black, blue and navy are Water. You can choose colors by the elements that help your chart.
With a birth date, a simplified balancing method estimates your helpful and less helpful elements and lists suggested colors and ones to use with care. Without it, the page shows the color's element and imagery. The same logic applies to car color, clothing and interiors — but color is only a reference; personal taste and practicality come first.
FAQ
Which element are gray, gold and silver?
Gold, silver and pale gray lean Metal; black and deep blue lean Water. This site files silver and gray under Metal; adjust if your teacher differs.
Must I wear or use my helpful colors?
No. It is cultural reference, not a rule; occasion and taste come first.
Can I use it without a birth time?
Yes. It uses the year, month and day pillars; the result is slightly coarser.
How should I use it for a car color?
Prefer helpful-element colors, then neutral ones, then less helpful ones, while also considering safety and resale value.
